Bigpond and Telstra settings are changing. If you are with them, have you been notified yet?

They are moving people from the old Bigpond servers to new servers.

This will allow for more email storage plus better Spam filtering.

The biggest issue at the moment is the way they are going about it and expecting everyone to think it is as simple as “Do Nothing” or “Surprise, you have to do these steps, it’s simple”

They need you to have your email password and the confidence to play around with your settings”
